Text | Isaac Cook Housman a widely known and highly respected citizen of Barry County died at his home near Exeter, Mo., Jan. 13, 1929 of kidney trouble.
He was born Dec. 26, 1846 at Bloomington, Ill.. Age 82 years and 18 days. He was united in marriage to Annie Williams April 21, 1881. He is survived by his wife and the following children: Mrs. W. T. Stephan, Ft. Worth, Texas, Mrs. H. T. Shockley, St. Louis, Mo. Mrs. E. L Northcutt, French, New Mexico; W. E. Hankins, Exeter, Mo.; Ralph Housman, Idaho Falls, Idaho; nine grand children two great grand children; two Sisters, Mrs. J. B. Camp, St Louis and Mrs. Perry Hay, Washington D. C. Funeral services were conducted at the Baptist Church at Ridgley, Missouri January 14, 2:30 p. m. by Rev. Chas. McNabb and burial was made in the Concord Cemetery under the direction of Pogue Undertaking. |
