| Text - Outline | Virginia Mae (Dawson) Holle, age 85, of Pierce City, MO, passed away on October 12, 2009, while in Cox South Medical Center in Springfield, MO. Virginia was born on June 4, 1924, in Monett, MO, the daughter of the late George Otto Dawson and Ruth (Johnson) Dawson. Virginia was a graduate of Monett High School, Class of 1942 and a homemaker. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Freistatt, MO, a member of the Dorcus Ladies Aid, the Freistatt Friendship Club and was an avid painter. Virginia married Walter William Holle on December 22, 1946 in Freistatt at the Trinity Lutheran Church. He preceded her in death on July 8, 1993. Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and one brother, Vernon Dawson. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Freistatt. Pastor Ryan Buchmueller will officiate. Interment will be in the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. The family invites friends for a visitation to be held at the funeral home from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity Radio Broadcast in care of the funeral home. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Buchanan Funeral Home, Monett, MO. |
