Text - Outline | Eldine E. (Henry) Hartzmann, age 85, of Rogers, Arkansas, formerly of Seligman, Missouri, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2009, in Northwest Medical Center, Bentonville, Arkansas. She was born August 5, 1924, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Willard and Myrnea (Wood) Gifford. On September 7, 1940, she was united in marriage to Walter Clyde Henry, who preceded her in death. Later she married Mel Hartzmann, who also preceded her in death. Others preceding her in death were her parents; two sons, Harry Henry and Glenn Henry, one grandson, Glenn Darrell Henry, Jr. and fiancé Orville Lewis. She is survived by three sons, of Rogers, of Marionville, Missouri and of Seligman; two daughters, of Seligman and of Rogers; one sister, of Port Orchard, Washington; eighteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. Eldine grew up and received her education in Seligman. In 1970 she moved from Seligman to Rogers to make her home. For twenty years she worked at Tyson’s Poultry Plant as an inspector. She then worked ten years at First Brands, retiring from there in 1992. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, November 9, 2009, in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Wes Wallace will conduct the services. Burial will be in King Cemetery, Seligman. The Family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00 P.M. Sunday, in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
