| Text | Myrtle E. Harrison age 95, of Monett, passed away Sunday, Dec. 14, 2008, at Ozark Methodist Manor in Marionville. She was born Feb. 18, 1913, in Yuma, CO, and was a daughter of John Harrison and Effie May Slagle. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Monett. She married Robert Richard Harrison on April 7, 1934. She was preceded in death by her husband; one daughter, Wanda Yeager; two sons, Larry Wayne Harrison and Johnny Thomas Harrison; two brothers, Bill Slagle and Glen Slagle; and one sister, Gladys Brattin. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Buchanan Funeral Chapel in Monett with Rev. Pat Jeffers officiating. Visitation will be held from noon to service time on Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Rocky Comfort Cemetery, Rocky Comfort. |
