Text | Mary E. Hand, a former resident of the Exeter community died at Bunker Hill, Ill., August 30, aged 70 years, 7 months and 25 days. Funeral services
will be held at Baptist Church in Exeter at 11 a.m., Wednesday, September
2, interment made in Maplewood Cemetery under the direction of Horine-Koon
Undertakers.
She is survived by four children, Arthur Alexander, Wm. M. Alexander, Mrs. Mertie Mosure of Indiana and Harvey Alyeaof near Wayne, Mo. Research Note from the Maplewood Cemetery page - Mary Bayless married James Alexander, Theodore Alyea, Samuel Alyea and J. A. Hand. She had no children with Samuel Alyea or Joseph Hand. She was buried on the north side of her daughter Bessie Alyea. She was the daughter of William Bayless and Mary Boyer. |
