Text | Mrs. Jennie B. Hammers died of pneumonia fever, at
their home in Seligman, Missouri, after a brief illness of eight days. She
was a daughter of the late John G. Harbin of near Washburn, and was the last
one of the Harbin family of six children. She was born Aug. 29, 1865, and
died Feb 25th, 1908, at the age of 42 years, 5 months, and 27 days. She was married to W. B. Hammers, Dec 25, 1887, and leaves eight children, four boys and four girls, the youngest an infant 25 days old. She was of kind and loving wife and mother, and had a host of friends through the county, who mourn her loss. We miss our mother and our home; we are oh, so lonesome. Clyde Hammers.
