| Text | Edith E. Hall, 92, Monett, died at 1:45 p.m.,
Friday, June 22 at Lacoba Nursing Home in Monett following a short illness.
Mrs. Hall was born April 18, 1915 the daughter of Clark and Effie Lester Hall. She was a retired sewing machine operator and was a member of the Aurora Church of Christ. She married Oda Hall on June 12, 1937 at Cassville, and he preceded her in death November 5, 1996. Survivors include one son, of Monett; two daughters, of Purdy and of Monett; one sister of Bakersfield, California, four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Verlin, Othello, Eldon and Elvin Elliott; three sisters, Pearl Cook, Iola Howard and Mildred Elliott and one granddaughter. Funeral services were today, Monday, at 10 a.m. at Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home. Burial was at the IOOF Cemetery, Monett, under the direction of the funeral home. |
