| Text | Maudie Guss, 86, of Rogers died May 21, 1999. She was born May 7, 1913, in Eagle Rock, Mo., to Charles "C. K." and Nora (Haddock) Tucker. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Rogers, where she sang in the choir and taught Sunday School. She was a child-care provider and enjoyed sewing and gardening. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Guss, in 1985.
Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, three brothers, two sisters; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at First Church of the Nazarene. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Callison-Lough Funeral Service in Rogers. Memorials may be made to First Church of the Nazarene, 1600 W. Olive, Rogers. Research Note: Maudie is buried in the Rogers Cemetery, Rogers, AR. |
