Text | Geo. Fulton died at the home of his son, Walter, in Dry Hollow March 1, after only a short illness of pneumonia, age 68 years, 1 month and 21 days. He leaves to mourn his death a wife, three daughters, Mrs. Jim Bryan of Joplin, Mrs. Frank Bryan of Louray, Kans., and Miss Ethel of Lockwood, Mo., and two sons, Walter and Will. Mr. Fulton's home was at Joplin. He and his wife were only here for a visit when he took sick. He was a member of the Baptist Church. Funeral services were conducted by P. H. Hodge, Friday at 1 p.m. at the Washburn Prairie Church after which is body was laid to rest in the cemetery nearby. |
