| Text | Judge W.S. Francis who a number of years ago served as Judge of the County Court for the Eastern District, passed away at Fairview a few days ago, where he had been living since he moved from the Pioneer community, his home for many years. Judge Francis was 79 years old. Funeral services were held at the Muncey Chapel north of Wheaton, conducted by Rev. Geo. Kelley of Neosho. Mr. Francis has been a leading member of the Baptist church in his home community for many years. He is survived by his wife and one daughter. |
