| Text | Died, at his home on Crane Creek, Sunday, the 4th inst., at the age of 72, W. U. Forbus. Mr. Forbus was one of the oldest and best citizens of Crane Creek township, having moved to the county when a boy of sixteen years old. He leaves a wife and three children to mourn his loss. Thus one by one the venerable wise and good are taken; and soon, a new generation must assume the responsible duties of state and church, so long borne by the fathers. |
