William N. Fly, 80 years old, retired Barry county farmer, died in his home in Springfield at 7:10 o'clock last night. He had been in poor health for some time. Mr. Fly lived most of his life in Barry county. He came to Springfield when he retired several years ago. Funeral arrangements under the direction of the Klingner Funeral Home are incomplete, but burial will be in the Mount Pleasant cemetery south of Monett. Survivors include the widow, Sarah L. Fly; two daughters, Mrs. J. Burrows and Mrs. H. R. Blankenship of Springfield; a brother Sam L. Fly of Sawyer, Kansas; three sisters, Mrs. J. Combs, of Sawyer, Kansas, and Miss Lou Fly and Mrs. W. S. Francis of Pioneer, Missouri; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. |
