Text | Louisa Jane Fly was born near Purdy, Mo., June 4, 1866 and departed this life at the home of her sister, Mrs. W. S. Francis, with whom she had lived for the past 29 years. She was the daughter of the late DeCalb and Margaret Fly. She was converted at the age of 19 and united with the Presbyterian Church at Mt. Joy. She lived a very quiet and unassuming life but always enjoyed visiting with neighbors and friends. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Nancy C. Combs of Kingman, Kan., and Mrs. W. S. Francis of Fairview, Mo.; also by four nieces and many other relatives. She was preceded in death by two brothers, William N. Fly and Samuel M. Fly. We wish to express our sincere thanks to our many friends, who assisted in any way in the sickness and death of our sister and aunt. Mrs. W. S. Francis and family, Mrs. Nancy C.
