| Text | Funeral services for Rev. Albion Erickson, 81, Monett, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Marshall Hill Methodist Church here with the Rev. Arnold Prater and Mrs. Ann Hall officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery southeast of here under direction of Buchanan. Mr. Erickson died at 9:20 a.m. Saturday in the Ozark Methodist Manor in Marionville after a long illness. A Methodist minister, Mr. Erickson was the pastor of several churches in the Monett area for 39 years before his retirement in 1958. All but five of those years were spent in Barry and Lawrence counties. He served the pastorate of churches in Webster County for three years and in Christian County for two years. Surviving are his wife, Ruth; two sons, Orris, Monett, and Charles, Wheaton, Ill.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; one foster granddaughter and two foster great-grandchildren.
