Text | Buddy Ray England, age 73, of Exeter, Missouri, passed away Monday, February 24, 2014, in Cox Medical Center South, Springfield, Missouri.
He was born May 19, 1940, in Stella, Missouri, the son of Floyd and Freda (Packwood) England. On December 5, 1960, he was united in marriage to Lois Still, who survives. Also surviving are one son, Bill England of Cassville, Missouri; two daughters, Kellie Dickson and her husband, Russell of Cassville, Missouri and Kristy Akins and her husband, Shawn of Clever, Missouri; one brother, Roy England of Monett, Missouri; two sisters, Joann Williams of Exeter, Missouri and Betty Jo of Cassville, Missouri; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his parents; one brother, Wilbur England; a grandson, Billy Jack England and a great grandson, Tyler Evins. Buddy was a graduate of Exeter High School. For over twenty-nine years he was employed as a forklift driver at Schreiber Foods in Monett, Missouri. He loved his cattle, going to the sale barn and eating out. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, February 27, 2014, in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville, Missouri. Pastor Jerry Yarnall will conduct the services. Burial will be in King Cemetery, Seligman, Missouri. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. |
