| Text | Abstract - Fred M. Elbert, age 79, of Raytown, MO, died Oct. 11, 2002. He was born April 27, 1923, in Jenkins, MO, and was a son of Joseph and Mae (Patton) Elbert. He was an Army veteran of World War II and worked 40 years at Belger Cartage Company in Kansas City before retiring in 1986. He was a member of Teamsters Local 541 and the Presbyterian Church in Blue Ridge. He married Sonora Ruth Haggard on Oct. 24, 1942. Burial was in IOOF Cemetery in Monett. |
