| Text | Dorothy I. Edwards, 79, Monett, passed away in her home Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2004, the daughter of Aubrey and Cora (Hines) Jones, she was born on May 15, 1925, in Granby, Mo. She was the wife of Joe Edwards, who preceded her in death on July 20, 1984. Dorothy was a homemaker and had worked part time at Mansfield's Clothing for several years. She is survived by two sons; one sister-in-law; four grandchildren; a special nephew; and a special friend. Private graveside services will be held at Monett I.O.O.F. Cemetery under the direction of Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Dorothy's name to the American Cancer Society. |
