Obit For Florence Ellen (McGlothin) Edens

Text Mrs. Florence Edens, wife of Hiram Edens of Washburn, passed away at St. Vincent Hospital in Monett Monday morning at the age of 74 years. She was born November 29, 1880 and was a lifelong resident of the community.

Mrs. Eden was a consistent member of the Baptist Church and was a fine woman.

Surviving in addition to her husband are a son of Cassville, and two daughters of Washburn and Sand Springs, Okla.

Funeral services are being held at the Washburn Baptist Church this Wednesday afternoon at 2:30. Burial will be in the King Cemetery under direction of Culvers.

Florence Ellen Edens died June 13, 1955, St. Vincent's Hospital, Monett, MO.
Her address was Washburn, MO, and she was born November 29, 1880, and she died at age 74 years. She was married, Hiram Edens being her husband.
She died of cerebral hemorrhage, hardening of arteries.
Her father was Jim McGlothlin and mother was given as Jennie Sellers.
Funeral was at Washburn Baptist Chruch and she was buried in King's Cemetery on June 15, 1955.
