| Text | WHEATON, Mo., Feb. 26.--- Mrs. Nellie Dishon, 69 years old, a resident of Powell for the last 12 years, died at 2:40 o’clock this morning in the Wheaton hospital.
Mrs. Dishon was born February 15, 1885 near Edwards, Mo. She was a member of the Powell Church of Christ. Surviving are two sons, Jessie Dishon of Hutchinson, Kan., and Herman Dishon of Neosho; two daughters, Mrs. Albert Day and Mrs. Clayton Jones, both of Washburn; five brothers, Zack Harper of Pinedale, Calif., Lloyd Harper of Hutchinson, Hugh Harper of Lodi, Calif., Jim Harper and Howard Harper, both of California; three sisters, Mrs. F. E. raork of Lodi, Mrs. Bessie Singleton of Goble, Ore., and Mrs. Hazel Loden of Oklahoma City; five step-children, 17 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o’clock Monday afternoon at the Fox church near Powell. Burial will be in Fox cemetery under the direction of McQueen funeral home. |
