Headline BOB DEWITT, EXETER BARBER DIES SUDDENLY TUES. NIGHT
Text Bob DeWitt, age 45 years, died suddenly at his home in Exeter, Tuesday night at about eight o’clock. He had been suffering from a heart and stomach ailment for several months but was feeling very good. On this evening he ate a hearty supper, retiring for the night soon afterwards. In a few moments he complained of feeling badly and his wife called a doctor from here but he died in a very short time. He had lived in Exeter sometime and leaves his wife and three children by a former marriage. He also leaves his mother and three brothers of Billings, Mo. and five sisters. Short funeral services were held at the family home in Exeter, Wednesday afternoon, after which the remains were conveyed to St. Joe, Ark. for interment, Thursday afternoon.
