Judith
"Judy" Ann Couillard, 64, of Monett, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2009,
at her home in Monett.
She married Jay Couillard on February 25, 1992, in Merrill, Wis., and he survives. Additional survivors include: two daughters, Amy Krause, of Monett, and Lori Wendt and husband, Kurt, of Merrill, Wis.; six sons, Andrew Scolley, of Sarcoxie, Mo., Scott Couillard and wife, Denise, of Barnum, Minn., Greg Easter and wife, Carol, of Wausau, Wis., Rodney Couillard and wife, Sheryl, of Merrill, Wis., Bradley Couillard and wife, Penny, of New London, Wis., and Douglas Couillard and wife, Debbie, of Tomahawk, Wis.; two brothers, Roger Thompson and Tom Thompson, both of Tomahawk, Wis.; three sisters, Dorothy Grawien, of Merrill, Wis., Jean Tessmer, of Panama City, Fla., and Donna Hermson, of Madison, Wis.; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by one brother, Donnie Thompson. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Liberty Baptist Church in Monett with Rev. Mark Bradshaw officiating. Burial will be in Monett IOOF Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Liberty Baptist Church in Monett. Memorials may be made to Community Hospice. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Buchanan Funeral Home, Monett.
