| Text | Andrew Clevenger, 86, of Marionville, died at noon yesterday, December 1, at his home following a sudden illness.
Mr. Clevenger was born December 18, 1912, in Stone County, the son of Thomas and Martha Jane (McCullough) Clevenger. He was retired from the MFA Mill in Aurora and was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Marionville. He was married to Emily Clevenger. Additional survivors include one son, three daughters, two sisters, 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Betty Hilton and Alma Hall, and one sister, Lola Rogers. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, December 4, at Mars Hill Community Building near Crane. Burial will be in Mars Hill Cemetery under the direction of Williams Funeral Home of Marionville. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. tomorrow, December 3, at the funeral home. |
