| Text | Alvin J. Ceselski, 55, Purdy, Route 1, died at 4:40 p.m. Thursday, December 25 at St. Vincent's Hospital, Monett, following an apparent heart attack suffered at a family dinner held west of Purdy. Mr. Ceselski was born November 18, 1920, at Purdy. He was a lifetime resident of the area and was a farmer. he was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Pulaskifield, near Purdy. He married Wilma Parrigon, October 30, 1943, at Pierce City. Surviving, in addition to his wife are two daughters, a brother, five sisters and two granddaughters. Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. at McQueen Funeral Home, Wheaton on Friday. Funeral mass was said at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Father Ernest Marquat officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery. |
