| Text | Hattie Burk, 90, of Cassville, formerly of Galena, passed away Monday, Dec. 8, 2008, in Barry County Care Center, Cassville.
She was born March 14, 1918, in Abesville, the daughter of James Arnold and Golda (Daniel) Burk, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Xury Burk. She is survived by a sister, Ruth Burk, of Cassville. She received her education in Abesville. She was a resident of the Abesville and Galena area until 2005 when she moved to Cassville to make her home. She was of the Pentecostal faith and attended Exeter Assembly of God Church. Funeral services were held Thursday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Burial was at Eisenhour Cemetery, Galena. |
