Text | Mrs. Rose A. Bukaty, 83, Sugar Creek, a former grocery store co-owner, died Monday at the Independence Sanitarium and Hospital. Mrs. Bukaty and her husband Stanley Bukaty Sr., who died in 1974, co-owned and operated Bukaty's Grocery Store in Sugar Creek, Missouri from 1936 to 1956. She was a member of St Cyril's Catholic Church, Sugar Creek, and its Altar Society. She was born in Monett, Missouri, and had lived in this area most of her life. She leaves two sons, Stanley M. Bukaty Jr., Independence, and Raymond Bukaty, Sugar Creek; two brother, Leo Washick, Kansas City, Ks., and Frank Washick, Monett; a sister, Mrs. Clara Verille, Bolingbrook, Illinois; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Services will at 10 a.m. Friday at the church' burial in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The family suggests contributions to the Citizens Civic Relief Commisson, P. O.
