Mrs. Alice Buffa, wife of the late Rev. C. A. Buffa, died at the home of her sister, Mrs. J. P. S. Plancheon, south of Monett early Wednesday, morning of last week. Mrs. Buffa was born in Piedmont, Italy and came to America with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. P. L. Reynaud, about thirty years ago. She possessed a noble Christian influence and was respected by a host of friends. The funeral was conducted at the Waldensian Cemetery, south of Monett, Thursday, afternoon by Rev. G. W. Tingle and Rev. J. G. Knotter and interment was made at the Waldensian Cemetery. |
