El Paso News: Oliver J. Brattin, departed this life, Thursday, March 8, at 10:30 o'clock p. m. of brain fever.
Mr. Brattin had been a resident of Barry County for several years and was a prominent member of the Presbyterian Church. He leaves a widow, three children, and many friends and relatives to mourn his loss. The funeral was preached in the church by Rev. Gurley of Purdy. The remains were interred in the Concord Cemetery Friday. |
