| Text | Helen Ruth Brashears, 82, of Fayetteville died Sunday, April 16, 2006, at her home. She was born Aug. 2, 1923, in Monett, Mo., to Charles Gordon and Mary Johnson Howard. She was a retired office assistant and a member of Ridgeview Baptist Church in Fayetteville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Brashears. Survivors include a sister; and two sisters-in-law. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Brashears Cemetery with the Rev. Jerry Ford officiating under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home of Huntsville. Memorials can be made to the Ridgeview Baptist Church, 1850 Huntsville Road, Fayetteville AR 72701. |
