| Text | Marjorie Mary Bowling, 72, of Exeter, died December 11 at Cox Medical Center South in Springfield. Mrs. Bowling was born November 24, 1928, in Washburn, the daughter of Roxie and Opal W. May Robbins. She lived most of her life in Barry County and had been employed with the Exeter School District for 10 years. She married Earl Bowling on August 7, 1945, and he preceded her in death in December of 1987. Survivors include one daughter, two brothers, four sisters, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, David, in 1977; three brothers and two sisters. Services will be 1 p.m. tomorrow, December 15, at Williamson Chapel in Cassville with Rev. Chadd Pendergraft officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Exeter under the direction of Williamson Funeral Home of Cassville. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today, December 14, at the funeral home. |
