| Text | Fred Hubert Bounous, 69, of Verona, died at 4:25 p.m. September 17 at St. John's Regional Health Center in Springfield. Mr. Bounous was born October 11, 1934, in Monett, the son of Aurell and Dolly Hartness Bounous. He owned a mobile home park in Verona and was a Methodist. He married Betty Wayt on December 30, 1954, and she preceded him in death December 15, 1970. Survivors include two sons, five daughters, one brother, 20 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Graveside memorial services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, September 25, at New Site Cemetery near Monett with Rev. Aaron Weibel officiating under the direction of Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home of Monett. |
