| Text | Ruth F. Boucher, 78, midtown Kansas City, died Aug. 19, 1992, at Menorah Medical Center. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at the McGilley Midtown Chapel; burial in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Monett, Mo. Friends may call from 1:30 to 3 p.m. today at the chapel. Mrs. Boucher was born in Monett and lived in Kansas City since 1943. She worked for the Kansas City board of election commissioners for 20 years. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, Kansas City. Survivors include her husband Leland "Pat" Boucher of the home; a son, Kansas City; two daughters, Overland Park, and Geneva, Switzerland; and five grandchildren.
