Text | Date line: Ellington, MO., Aug. 28. - Tells that J. W. Bosley of Monett was killed outright from the explosion and that John Hadley of Jenkins, MO. and Tucket Taylor of Van Buren were taken to the hospital in Poplar Bluff with not much hope of Taylor surviving. A match being accidentley dropped into a can of powder caused the explosion while working on a highway project.
