| Text | Verna L. Beeson, 92, of Cassville, passed away Friday December 8, 2000, in Barry County Care Center, Cassville. She was born October 7, 1908, in Lawton, OK, the daughter of Lawrence Leroy and Kathryn (Maple) Bishop. On July 13, 1926, she was united in marriage to Estel Beeson, who preceded her in death in August 1976. Also preceding her in death were her parents, five brothers and two sisters. Surviving relatives include: Two sons, of Cassville and of Granby; three daughters, of Portage, Wisconsin, of Bartlesville, OK and of Kansas City; 17 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. At the age of 12 she moved to Missouri from Medicine Park, OK. She was a homemaker. She attended the Union Chapel Church, Cassville. Funeral services were Tuesday in Fohn funeral Home, Cassville. Rev Jerry Nickle and Pastor Doyle Russell conducted the services. Burial was Ennis Cemetery, Cassville, Barry Co., MO. |
