| Text | Tommy Ray Baxley, 58, of Exeter, died August 3 at his home. Mr. Baxley was born September 23, 1946. He had attended flying school in Tulsa, Oklahoma, receiving his pilot's license. He also worked for Montgomery Ward in Tulsa and for Carlson Products in Kansas. He was employed by EFCO Corporation in Monett for 13 years. He was a Marine Corps veteran. He married Doris Ann "Jo" Hilburn on April 15, 1966, and she survives. Additional survivors include one son, his mother, and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Baxley. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. tomorrow, August 6, at Maplewood Cemetery in Exeter with Ralph Hilburn officiating under the direction of Fohn Funeral Home of Cassville. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today, August 5, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to a memorial fund at the funeral home. |
