| Text | ARTICLE # 1 -- Eagle Rock News: John Banks died at his home near the head of the river last week. He was a very old man. He was a son-in-law of the late James Brixey. He was buried in the Munsey Cemetery the 8th.
ARTICLE # 2 -- Munsey News: John Banks died near the head of the river the 7th of April and his remains were laid to rest the 8th in the Munsey Cemetery. John Banks [came] in this county at the time of the Civil War broke out. He was the son-in-law of James Brixey and was eighty some years old and had be quite feeble for some time. |
