| Text | Geneva Pauline Banks, 67, Washburn, died at 4:15 a.m. July 23, 1994, at a Cassville nursing home after a long illness. Mrs. Banks was born Oct. 26, 1926, in Washburn and was a lifelong resident of the Washburn area. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. She married Ed Banks on Aug. 12, 1953, in Washburn. He survives. Additional survivors include two sons, Leonard Banks, Rogers, Ark; a daughter Reva Hayworth, Washburn; five brothers, Bill Henry, Exeter; Glen Henry, Newark, Texas; Loren Henry, Stella; Kenneth Henry, Billings, and Russell Henry, Aurora; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville, with Rev. Lawrence Rhodes officiating. Burial will be in Dent Cemetery, rural Washburn. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Research Note: Her parents were George and Freda (Morgan) Henry. |
