| Headline | George Baldridge Rites To Be Today At Monett |
| Text | Monett, Mo., March 9 - Funeral services for George Baldridge, well known contractor and Monett City finance and park commissioner, who died Wednesday morning in St. Vincent's hospital after an illness of several weeks, will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the First Baptist church. The Rev. David Emery will officiate and burial will be in I. O.O.F. Cemetery. City officials will serve as pall bearers. Mr. Baldridge had served in the city office for 12 years, was a member of the First Baptist church, Odd Fellows and Woodmen of the World. He had resided here 45 years and built several of the larger residences and business buildings. |
