| Text | Dillard S. Bailey, 72, of Monett, died August 21 at Monett Health Care Center. Mr. Bailey was born October 9, 1932, in Washburn, the son of Sherdian and Bessie M. (Day) Bailey. He was educated at Wayne-Goodman-Union Valley School and Ridgeley School. He was employed several years with Mozart Produce and for 20 years in the chicken industry. He attended the Assembly of God in Ridgeley. Survivors include two brothers and one sister. He was preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters. Services will be 10 a.m. tomorrow, August 25, at McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton with Bob Rhoads, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Exeter. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today, August 24, at the funeral home. |
