| Text | Monett, Mo., April 4 - Miss Ellen Badgett, 75 years old, died at 10 o'clock last night at the home of a nephew, Tom Crawford, in Neosho, where she had been residing since December. Miss Badgett was born near Monett and had lived with her brother-in-law, The Rev. Ben Crawford in Purdy until his death in December, when she went to Neosho. Surviving besides Tom Crawford are two other nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the Purdy Baptist Church. Burial will be in Purdy Cemetery with the Blankenship funeral home of Monett in charge. |
