Text | Patrick Ault, an old and honored citizen of Barry County, died at his home on Washburn Prairie at an early hour Saturday morning, Oct 12. His death was due to paralysis. He was born in Ray County, Tennessee, Jan 25, 1841. He, when a boy, moved with his parents to this county in 1854, locating on Washburn Prairie where he lived until his death.
Patrick Ault was united in married to Miss Frances Foster in 1865, and to them were born four children, three of whom are living, James T. Ault of Claremore, Okla., Mrs. Daisy Trolinger of Washburn Prairie and Ernest Ault of Claremore, Okla. He had been a member of the M. E. Church South since 1895 and lived a consistent Christian Life. The funeral services were conducted at the Washburn Prairie Church Sunday afternoon by Rev. W. P. Wardell and interment made in the Washburn Prairie Cemetery. |
