Text | Funeral services for Mrs. Louis Augst were held at the Presbyterian church Friday afternoon, Rev. A.J. Ungersma in charge. Interment was made in Fraternity Cemetery in Waterville.
Mary Jane Baze was born in Barry County, Missouri, May 16, 1864, and died March 10, 1931. She was married to John R. Wilson,, April 8, 1880. To this union 8 children were born: Della May, James P., Arthur P. (R.), Minton J., Lillian V., Robert C., Claude L., and Lola Belle Wilson, and was left a widow October 24, 1900. She came to Washington and was married to Louis Augst, April 10, 1902. To this union were born four children: Ada Viola, Lyda Thelma Margaret, Alice Pearl, and Hattie Louise. Three children passed on before, and nine children are left: Mrs. Louis Miller, Brewster, WA, Mrs. Homer Bourgeois, Zillah, WA; Mrs. Roy Painter, Winthrop, WA, Mrs. Frank Woodside, Spokane, WA, and Alice Augst, Withrow, WA; Arthur Wilson, Buena, WA., Minton Wilson, Toppenish, WA., Robert Wilson, Tonasket, WA., Claude Wilson, Withrow, WA., and her husband, Louis Augst, Withrow, WA. She also leaves a mother, Mrs. Margaret Baze, age 88, and two sisters, Mrs. Joe Jackson and Mrs. Ella Pace, all of California; and Mrs. Ada Griffith of Wenatchee; and three brothers, H.L. Baze, J.T. Baze and P.S. Baze, all of Oklahoma and several grandchildren and great grandchildren to mourn her loss. Researchers Note: Writer has made corrections to the obituary where proven errors occurred. |
