| Text | Wednesday night Editor Ray, of the Democrat, received a letter from his cousin, Mrs. Ida Rogers of Kansas City informing him that her sister, Mrs. Claud Atkisson had died Saturday, March 10, at Spokane, Wash., and that the remains would be shipped to Marionville, her girlhood home for interment. Mrs. Atkisson was the daughter of Dr. W. H. and Fannie Means who lived for years at Marionville, who have been dead some years. Mrs. Atkisson is survived by her husband, two little girls, two sisters and one brother. In her girlhood she had visited in Cassville a number of times and married Claud Atkisson the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. L. Atkisson who were residents of Cassville a number of years ago. She had been a member of the Christian Church for a number of years. |
