| Text | Jimmy Dale Anderson, 70, of Rogers, Arkansas, formerly of Barry County, died September 26 at St. Mary Rogers Memorial Hospital in Rogers, AR. Mr. Anderson was born March 9, 1929, in Seligman, the son of J. S. "Simp" and Minnie Vanzandt Anderson. He was educated in Washburn, served with the U. S. Army during the Korean conflict, and was employed with Boeing Aircraft in Wichita, Kansas, and Seattle, Washington, until retiring eight years ago.
He married Gladys Parks on June 21, 1954, in Wichita, Kansas. He was preceded in death by one brother, Tom, and one sister, Charlene. Services will be 1 p.m. tomorrow, September 30, at Fohn Chapel in Cassville with Rev. Bob Scott officiating. Burial will be in King Cemetery in Seligman under the direction of Fohn Funeral Home of Cassville. |
