Research Note: She was the daughter of Thomas James Bailey and Livie Jan Booher. She was raised in State Line, Mississippi. She graduated from State Line High School, attended college at Jones Jr. College and then Business College in Mississippi. She moved to LaHabra California and worked as a bookkeeper for Bank of America and Byefair Market. She married Marvin Hency in LaHabra, California, August 25, 1962, and to this union one daughter was born. She moved to Rogers in 1972 and worked at Tyson Foods in Bentonville for 11 years. She also started a daycare and B and J Tax Service in Pea Ridge. She is preceded in death by her parents; a step-son, Robert Lee Hency; eight brothers Paul, Lawrence, Lonnie, Ansel, Ulmer, Warren, Arthur, and Hughes; five sisters, Vinia, Evelyn, Eloise, Mildred and her twin Jessie. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Washburn and Veterans of Foreign Wars 4205 Ladies Auxiliary. She married Wayne L.
