Mrs. Feeney was born February 2, 1907, in Purdy, Mo., the daughter of Bart and Ella Belka Pozniak. She was a homemaker and a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Pulaskifield. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, taking care of her flowers and chickens, and being with her grandchildren. She married John Thomas Feeney on June 5, 1928, in Kansas City, Mo., and he preceded her in death. Survivors include: one son, Clarence Feeney and his wife, Ola Jean, of Springfield, Mo.; one daughter, Rose Staponski, of Pierce City, Mo.; one brother, Ernie Pozniak and his wife, Ruby, of Purdy, Mo.; two sisters, Twilla Younker, of Pierce City, Mo., and Rosella Renkoski, of Purdy, Mo.; six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters. v Funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Pulaskifield, Mo., with Father Daniel Robles officiating. Interment will be in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Pulaskifield, Mo. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Buchanan Funeral Home with rosary services starting at 7 p.m. Memorial may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. |
