Nov 24, 1910, Thursday, Cassville Republican, Barry Co., MO The slander suit brought by Mary Ruskoski against Josephine Bobski for $3,000 actual and $3,000 punitive damages came up in the circuit court Saturday. A large number of witnesses were in attendance on both sides. The testimony was taken Saturday. The case was argued and turned to the jury Monday morning.
