From Phyllis Long's notes: Death Certificate Frank F. Bartkowski Jan. 28, 1890 MO Feb. 11, 1945 Rural Pierce City, Lawrence Co., MO - He was a son of Frank Bartkowski and Anna Ciesielski. He was the husband of Frances Zebert. 1900 Census reads that Frank was born Jan. 1886. The death certificate looked as if it had been written over and 1886 is probably closer to his birth date.
