Inscription: "Co. L, 1 Ark. Cav." - Research Note: Online Newspapers - Mano News: Ephriam Hembrey, a well known citizen, died at his home near Mano, Friday morning, May 16, 1913, age about 80 years. He died very suddenly. He leaves a wife and 7 children and host of grandchildren. Funeral services were held at his home. His remains were interred in the Hemphill Cemetery. Cassville Republican, Thursday, May 22, 1913 - Ephriam Hembree had three wives: Elizabeth, Mary Ann Clark, and Tennessee Russell daughter of Milo and Nicey Haddock Russell.
