Oct. 7, 1915, Cassville Republican Oak Ridge News: Riley Brown has possibly the best equipped molasses factory in the county. It is all under shed, coal oil engine to grind the cane, a concrete tank and evaporator. His engine and mill could keep two 14 foot evaporators at work. This mill is in Hungry Hollow. He has some fine molasses.
