Research Note: After graduating from Star Spencer High School, he earned his business degree at the University of Oklahoma where a certain co-ed caught his eye. In 1986, he and Sherry Cornelison married in Oklahoma City, OK. Eric received his dental degree from the University of Oklahoma, Health Sciences Center in 1995. He then completed a year of post-doctoral training and received his Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) certificate from the USAF residency at Barksdale Air Force Base, LA. He retired from the Armed Forces at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel after twenty-two years of service. In 2000, Eric settled in Monett, MO with his wife and two children where he worked in private practice. Eric held a fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry and was a member of the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He volunteered with the Boy Scouts as a Scout Master and Committee Chair and tackled high adventure trips and mentor-relationships with his own son and the youths of the community. Eric was a long time member of Kiwanis where he served as president 2011-2012. Daughter of John Clark and Phebe Keene. - Research Note: Journal and Republican, April 4 1907 - Mrs. Alonzo Kellogg, On the 21st day of March, at the home of her son, Clark Kellogg, at Monett, Barry county, Missouri, occurred the death of Mrs. Alonzo Kellogg in the ninetieth year of her age, after a few weeks' illness from dropsy and heart disease. Her funeral services were conducted by Rev. Mr. Atwell, rector St. Stephen's Episcopal church at Monett, March 23d, at 2:80 p. M. Mrs. Kellogg was the oldest and last surviving child of the late John Clark, 3d, of Copenhagen.
